Anyone else getting an error when replying to a customer support e-mail?
I get the following error:
"This is the mail system at host mailrelay01.zos.atl.nexxphase.net.
I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.
For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster."
I tried it 3 times but I get the same reply instantly, has customer support actually gotten my e-mail?
If not how can I reply back to my tickets?
