There was no option for all of the above. I don't really think they should focus on any one problem as they should all be addressed as equally important.

I have come across a few broken quests and when I have submitted tickets on them, it seems like I don't get a response back from the Devs.

So I don't know which is more important: fixing the quests or fixing their poor service support.

I also have seen a bug pop up almost daily now where I can no longer interact with objects in the game - either loot or combat targets. You have to reload the UI for things to be interacted with again. It really sucks when this happens in combat.

    The economy.

Nothing is holding my character back on this game more than the fact I can almost never find anything I want to buy.

I'd rank gold spamming and bots a close second. But the trade spam/crappy guild stores are far and away by biggest disappointment with this game.

Funny that, when you report gold spammers for spamming chat and your mail they send email to you for each and every one. So you end up spammed a third time by eso.

Sorry I couldn't give my own reason for voting sooner, I had a class to get to.

I chose gold selling as a major problem because of the dramatic longterm effects they're going to have on leveling, the economy, and gameplay in general. Most of the people in my guild complain about how many people they've had to add to their ignore list, but I haven't personally experienced the problem.

In all honesty, I'm more concerned about the limited interaction with the economy. At this point in time, having your guild claim a keep in Cyrodiil is absolutely pointless because it only allows you to access guild stores you're a member of, rather than as an active storefront for guilds you're not a member of.

The farming bots that sit all day every day inside the dungeons are the only thing on the list that is affecting my game play. It takes longer than it should for me to complete a map because I have to try many times before I get credit for the boss kill, since the bots kill it in half a second and I have latency problems.
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

Fixing the quests come first to me.

I keep finding bugged quest after bugged quest now in the AD , a day does not pass without me seeing a new bugged quest , let me tell you , this is annoying.

Can you make a list? Not only would that be useful for the devs, it would also help those of us reading your post to offer help.

I've made it to level 31 on two AD characters and have yet to run into a single quest that was bugged so badly I myself could not fix it. It might be annoying to have to relog (or in the Castle of the Worm quest, quit out of the game entirely.) but there are procedures in place to fix a vast majority of quest bugs.

    Let me give you yesterdays.

So , my char is in reapers march , i found a village , the chief , tells me to help 3 people inside said village. Ok.

Now i pick one to help first , i do so without a problem , it worked , BUT , after that "quest" ends , the villager tells me to pick another one to help , which starts the problem.

After i picked one , it gave me NO quest.

So , now , the villager i helped , keeps telling me to go help person A , BUT i got no quest and even after i found with person A , it treats me like it had no quest or request for help.

Now the village is black on my map , and i cant do the quest to make it white hehe.

Like most of the other bugs , im guessing it will fix after maintenance even if only for a while, and even if i would like to give you quest names mate , i just dont remember them , i will write down the ones im having trouble from now on.

Anyway , i started having all these quest trouble around lvl 30 , shortly after i entered "Malabal Tor" , first one was killing a captain in one the group dungeons , said captain never spawned , had to wait till maintenance.

@Nox_Aeterna, I had a problem like that a while ago in Auridon, but it was fixed a few weeks ago. Don't give up!

I'd quickly like to point out that absolutely nobody believes that improvements to skill balance and UI layout are primary concerns,
which means Zenimax did a relatively good job at creating class and skill balance within the game.
...or that botting and bugs are such huge issues, nobody cares as much about them.

The support does take a while , but for now , they have been trying to help, my biggest issue right now , is not a quest bug , but a quest item effect bug.

My DK alt is surrounded by those white flying insects that from a quest item in the AD zone , and they wont go away , dying , reloading UI , login in/out , closing/opening the game do not work. They just wont go away lols.

The support contacted me to see this ingame , just need to reserve a time for this.

I think thinks should be fixed in order that they effect the game
    (1) Dupes and anything else which breaks the games economy
    (2) Gold Sellers\Farmers as they effects a lot of people
    (3) Broken quests, (the ones that stop progression as the most important)
    (4) All other bugs
    (5) The UI, this is last as this can be fixed by your own add-ons

Broken/bugged quests are the top of my list. It's really annoying to have one or two quests per zone that you simply cannot complete due to a bug. It can prevent you from completing the achievements for completing all the quests in the zone and also can block your progress to the next part of the quest chain which could lock you out of certain parts/phases of the zone.

Another thing would be overall fixes/modifications to general bugginess when grouped with a friend and trying to quest together. Some quests are fine and have objectives that you both get credit for regardless of who activated/picked up the interactable. Some have objectives/interactables that you need to fight over with not only each other, but with everyone else doing the quest at the same time which can be really frustrating, particularly when the objectives have a really long respawn times so you end up running around in circles searching or camping spawn points. It's also difficult to quest together with someone who isn't on the exact same step of a quest that you're on due to the phasing. I have a friend that I play with regularly who plays a healer primarily so he's not particularly well equipped for soloing stuff. I find it really annoying that I can't help him with some quests due to the phasing locking me out of the area he's in. I just have to stand around watching his floating marker while he struggles with soloing the quest until he catches up to the part of the quest I'm on.

Botters and gold sellers don't bother me as much as they bother other people it seems. I find them a minor annoyance but less of an issue than bugs and poorly designed group questing/phasing issues.

I also have issues with the current economy but I've grown weary of the countless threads about having a server-wide auction house and all the vitriolic and ad hominem arguments against it.

One answer is not enough here.

All of the listed issue are important, but they should be solved by different specialists and thus they can and must be worked on simultaneously. For example, the ongoing war against the gold farmers has nothing to do with fixing the quests blocking character progression. For me personally UI layout and Player Economy are the major problems among those listed, though realise that they can - and will - wait for a while.

The most important is the combat bug that renders the player completely unable to attack and slows them to a walking speed. I am currently not playing because of this. My character started getting hit with this in one of every 10 fights and it draws gameplay to a dead stop.

Then the botters/gold diggers must be removed.

Finally, the broken quests would then be addressed, at which point I would be happy to script a 6 month term.

    Ok i cant answer this

    Let's take Broken Quests/Bugs/Lag

Right there you got at least 4 different jobs.
    - Broken Quest: Programmers and/or Scripters
    - Bug: (lets say class skills not working?) AI Programmers, Game logic Programmer, Game Designer, Animator, Level Designer, Scripter....
    - Lag: Probably another kind of programmer that mainly works in the "back end"

In an attempt to limit the possible answers @Lkory, I tried to combine those 3 features into "game functionality", or the ability to physically play the game itself as intended. Those are the 3 largest things that stop players from being able to progress their character, and they can vary in severity over time.

Even though I combined all 3, only 1/4 of the voters believe it's the most important thing for Zenimax to focus on fixing.
