I just got a message in my inbox from somebody, the message is very rude and harassing, name calling and immature.. The message was

yes you stupid dumb ass. obviously you cant read, as stated in your TOC by zenimax. all players outside the usa are coverrd by UK law. I guess it was too much to ask that you actually read it stupid arse"
I edited out his name but is this reportable? Or is it a waste of Zenimax time? I don't think people like this should be allowed on the forums and if they are they should get a suspension or something to let them know it's not tolerable.
