In response to the ongoing issue, the ESO Store and Account System have been taken offline for maintenance.

A little disappointed with 1.0.5.

It's great they got the big quests fixed but they've missed so many already widely known bugs?

-No werewolf fixes? Still can't morph to pack leader.

-Infinite Werewolf Devour glitch... But honestly I want this to stay as long as the Ultimate costs 1000 ... smh

-Dragon Knight fiery breath 1st person glitch.

-School Daze still broken? Anyone know?

-What about the party system? Group leader bug still occurs, giant player markers .... just to name a few.

What's going on???

They can't fix everything at once. Be happy with what you get.

They are fixing things as fast as they can. There is a priority system here. Graphical glitches and UI issues are very low priority compared to broken quests. :P

Happy with what I get? Don't be silly - you're playing an MMO.

But on a more serious note, that's sort of a lame response. Many others, myself included, are a little taken back by the level of game breaking issues.

Graphic glitches and UI issues are not "game breaking". They are fixing things as quickly as they can, and they are prioritizing the truly "game breaking" issues that are affecting the largest number of people. Things like the bank bug, and broken quests. Be happy...when something broke in WOW, you would often have to wait 2 months for a patch to fix it (broken melee combat in 4.2, broken flight paths in 5.2). ZOS has been pushing out 1-2 patches every week.

School Daze works, all you need is ask people to cooperate.
Ask them nicely to puck the quest and wait without clicking anything, then you click the 4 postuments near the lake in correct order, then all kill the mob which spawns and all get the quest done. A little politeness is a small effort with big reward.

Not a single word on botters or gold sellers, yeah, pretty weak patch.
  • steven_shidiwenb16_ESO
Some people clearly don't understand the amount of effort that goes into fixing bugs or the amount of time it takes, it isn't just 1 button press.

    I'd argue that.

I'm sure you know more right?

I never said "one button press" - relax, your rage is showing.

Its good to fix quests because there are so many... but its good also, to dedicate 1-2 people, for cosmetic/animations/sounds/items/skills bugs.

    Lets see...

The sorc also experience lots of bugs.. (summoning pets sometimes pets dont react, or never appear, but they look summoned in ur spellbar), they need to keep and get agro faster, etc... Dual wield bugs...

The truth is, that I experienced much less, almost none, or to be more specific, i didnt experience this glitch with dual weapons, or I cant remember, after the last patch.

Also the loading screens, transfer fails, etc

But in the other hand, I think they do it, but they dont speak about it. Thats why they should speak about it. There is nothing to fear.. lol, it will make people happier.

in 2 weeks we expecting some content, they promised that, promises like this, should be kept, because that thing ditched many other mmos, they didnt kept their promises.

To play Devil's Advocate, though... companies like Trion (especially early on, and especially after big releases) released a less buggy product, pushed out far more than 1-2 patches every week, and typically fixed major bugs very quickly.

I'm not saying there aren't worse situations (WoW, as you said!), but there ARE also companies that do a lot better.
"It's morally wrong to suggest gameplay changes for an MMO."
...seriously, someone told me that once here. The things people will do to win their internet arguments!

-School Daze still broken? Anyone know?

School Daze is not broken - It is poorly designed. You need to switch to the correct symbols - however the book telling you which is gone when you go back. Also everyone else is switching them at the same time. Mostly that last one makes it non functional.

I just sat back and waited not touching anything until someone (possibly by accident) got it correct. I di it after 1.0.5 was released.

You know... a game of this magnitude takes a lot of time and coding it's not the 80's anymore fixing a bug in PAC man was way easier

You are all horrible customers and show no support for the game or the people working hard on it. You really don't even deserve to play it even after paying $75 for it.

Many of us really like the game, that is why we are complaining, we want it to be the best we think it can be.

They keep fixing irrelevant problems... quest fixes, but so what? There's people roaming around as Vampires ruining AvAvA, most passives in the game don't even work, Werewolves and Vampires are buggy as hell, and there's duplication glitches, botters etc. There's way more important things ruining the game than a few bugged quests. There's enough content to level in the game where you can skip some, so these issues aren't really a big deal.

This fix list is a boatload of quest fixes that were straightup blocking progression at fairly low levels. I recognized 1 i ran into this weekend at level 16.

So, yeah, I think this patch is great. There will always be more to fix-if only as they learn more about how folks play the classes differently than expected, and rebalance things.

So, here's hoping I can finally get the stinky boiled Dunmer skulls out of my pack and kill that Orc so the spirits can rest. Big thumbs up to Zos. Well done.

If you really like the game and if you really want it to be the best it can be then let them fix the issues we are reporting. It will take all the time they need so be patient. They're working very hard, you see.

    Disappointed?
    Reaper’s March
Down the Skeever Hole: The Colovian Commander will now always spawn as intended.
Motes in the Moonlight: Shaza will now always be able to interact with the beacons.
Motes in the Moonlight: The Dark Mane will now always reset properly if he becomes stuck.
The Arbordawn Cult: Daedra will now reliably appear when you are on the quest step "Clear the Temple of Daedra."

PRAISE THE LORD IT HAS BEEN FIXED
