Can't find provisioning ingredients in Alik'R (Daggerfall Covenant)

I noticed that once I moved on to the Alik'R area (Daggerfall Covenant) that I could not find all the base ingredients for my Provisioning Recipes.

The only thing I can make is a wine called Kaveh Red. I have to go back to Rivinspire for stock, and Suet seems to be the next base ingredient for a lot of my recipes in this area.

Will I find Suet in the next region? Did ESO do this on purpose to give Alik'R a more "barren feel?"

When I went through I didn't found any recipes on level. Next zone I found recipes almost immediately that used Alik'r ingredients. Not sure if that's a bug or intended

I played today and you're right. The ingredients I needed were plentiful back in Rivinspire. I even found a grocer (although ingredients are too expensive to turn a profit.) When I stepped into the region after Alik'R I found a couple recipes that used ingredients I'd been collecting in Alik'R.

Every other zone I've been to seems to have both ingredients and recipes on-level. Main quest in Coldharbour that coincided with Alik'r progression got me a lot of on-level recipes as well. I have to think it's a bug with the loot table and unintended

@ZOS_GinaBruno‌ I know you folks are busy but could you look into this? Or should it be an in-game bug report?
