Unable to find higher level recipes?
So, I'm spending my time leveling up Provisioning. I've been able to get it up to 39 on level 25 recipes, even though I'm just level 20.
I want to find the level 30 and 35 recipes and level up provisioning even further. I've explored the next zone some and I haven't found a single recipe for a higher level. I keep finding level 20-25 recipes.
Is this because of my level? Shouldn't drops be based on the zone, though?
