Current Pc specs:

Gpu: Geforce gtx 680
Cpu: i7-3770k 3.50 ghz
8 gb RAM

I want to be able to play ESO on max settings with 60+fps everywhere even in cyrodiil
I need some advice on what to upgrade in my pc to be able to run with max settings everywhere. Currently i can only play on high settings but i get fps drops in big cities or as soon as there are alot of players on the screen. When i am in cyrodiil my fps drops to around 20-40 fps on high settings.

Btw sorry for my bad english:)

I think you need one of those NASA computers!

Seriously though, can anyone play in Cyrodil max settings with 60+ fps?

Um, there really isn't anything you can upgrade.

The i7-4770k (current best i7) is only VERY SLIGHTLY faster than your 3770k (assuming you haven't overclocked - ivy bridge overclocks better than Haswell).

The 680 is more than enough to max this game.
