Unplayable Game

I've spent hours this morning trying to do the simple task of crafting full set items, a task that should take minutes. Between endless loading screens, item crafting stations not working, and falling through the Wayrest terrain, I have given up on that goal.
Add on the fact that after three weeks I am still waiting for my imgka monkey pet to be returned to me, my bank items to stop disapearing, or my progress to stop being rolled back I have no reason to re-sub. Customer support is a joke. I understand the game is new and will have bugs, but the game is almost completely unplayable when I have to spend hours trying to craft 8 things. I'd be able to turn a blind eye to the bugs if it wasn't for the completely blatant show if ignoring countless tickets to have my items returned to me, like my monkey pet or bank items. Lost me and my friends as a customer.
