Swamp to Snow, Shadowfen to Eastmarch quest(bug)

I accepted it and initiated the loading screen to Eastmarch but it kicked me out of loading screen and nothing happened. I tried abandoning the quest to reacquire it and it is unaccessable, in the ship's hold seemingly behind a barred door, PLEASE HELP!
