Solo Dungeons Bosses -- AFK Botters farming...

Dear ZOS,
It's gotten to the point of being incredibly ridiculous to see the amount of AFK BOTTERS just sitting on a Solo Dungeon Boss 24/7 killing it.
Every such Solo Dungeon you see, there's a dozen people just afk farming the boss.
I strongly suggest implementing a change where you can't kill a Solo Dungeon boss more than 3 times per hour. After this they'll remain untargetable for the next hour.
This would effectively kill off this mode of AFK farming.
