Maybe I'm blind and i just can't see it, but there seems to be no way to check your resists (ice, fire, etc), and the numbers they give you on accessories, skills, etc, are somewhat meaning less; what does 700 fire resist quantify to percentage wise?
I happen to like numbers, I like to be able to see exactly how a skill or item affects my build, I'd like to see what would happen, in real, usable numbers, what effect wearing 7x mundus armor would do for my character, but it seems that this data is simply missing. For that matter, I'd like to see exactly what a buff is doing when i look at character screen, not just "Boon: The Warrior", or "Igneous Weapons".

Seroczynski✭✭✭There is an AddOn available which shows some more information about your character: ShowMyStats. They show your resistance and some other information. You might want to try that.
I don't know what AddOn would be able to show you the detailed buff description, but there's probably someone else on this forum who could help you with that :-)

Fenbrae✭✭✭That addons should definately help, but it should also be shown in-game.
I mean, good for me that i find a glyph with resist on it, but as long as i don't know how much resist i already have it's kind of useless to slap it on an item.Currently playing:

AlliN✭✭✭Foundry Tactical Combat addon had ALL the stats, including the ones that even UI does not show up. You have to install it and bind the keybind for it (new keybind will appear in settings) to show player details.
Apart from that it has buffs/debuffs info and timers, target infos, better bars and scrolling damage text with types, crit infos and whatnot.
