Stuck in Foundry of Woe

! I have completed the quests with Lyris, we ran to the portal to leave the Foundry, and she goes through it and then it disappears. I didn't get transported. Now the portal is gone, I've tried /stuck, reloading ui, running through doors and back in. Nothing lets me out! I can't teleport because I am in ColdHarbor. I also cannot submit a bug, or ticket because the Customer Support screen is just a black empty page. What can I do? I can't play anymore.

I had this exact same problem. It's easily fixed - travel to another player (guildmate, friend etc.) then travel to Harborage and walk up to the Prophet.1
