More crashes than stock car racing

Since the last patch, my game has been crashing every 10 - 30 minutes, usually while I'm just running about. Couple with this the fact the I have to do the following to start the game:
Deleted the manifest folder for the launcher. Delete 4 version files. Start the launcher, which restores the manifest file (rebuilds I think). Start the game, load upto the login screen, restore version files, login.
The crashes are becoming quiet the pain.
And when I am in game, I fall through the world, have bugged MAIN STORY quest, a bank that decides when it wants to work, and lost bank slots. No Horse from my pre-purchase, My first toon being so badly bugged as to be utterly unplayable.
Please fix something soon, anything, just 1 thing, please?

kunquatb16_ESO✭✭✭✭Can I have some kind of sign from Zenimax that something is going to be done about my bugged character, or my bugged pre-purchase rewards, or the bank?
Email support is useless, continuously marking my tickets as solved, not apparently doing anything, and not getting back to me.
Please stop marking my tickets as solved, when the certainly are not solved.0
