First response (entirely correct and understandable):
In order to skip the tutorial, players must have another character that already completed the tutorial and is a minimum if level 3. You mentioned this is your 6th character. Just to clarify, are one of the 6 characters at least a level 3?

Yes. One is 21, two are 9 and two others are 3 (I think). either way, I have skipped the tutorial with the other four, so I know it is possible, but since I am a victim of the bank slot bug, perhaps that has somehow impacted my account settings....??

2d CS response (WTF?!?)
The way skill points are handled in the tutorials for Cyrodiil are similar to the tutorials when you first start the game. When you first play through the tutorials, you can pick up all the extra loot and experience as you go through the Soul Shriven Prisons. But if you skill through the Prison levels on later characters, you only receive the final loot.
Similarly in Cyrodiil, because your first character played through all of the tutorial, he was able to receive both skill points for completing these missions. Your second character will only be able to get one of the skill points because he skipped through the tutorials. Only a character that fully completes all of the tutorial process will be able to receive both skills points.

My issue is as follows:
MY 6TH CHARACTER IS NOT BEING ALLOWED TO SKIP THE TUTORIAL DESPITE HAVING 4 OTHER CHARACTERS THAT HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO DO SO. THIS IS A BUG. THIS GAME IS BROKEN. JUST TELL ME IF YOU CAN FIX THIS OR IF I HAVE TO DO THE WHOLE TUTORIAL YET AGAIN.

I realize they're likely swamped with issues right now but this is just another example of why they've got a few folks that are a bit spun up.

first time i sent a message about a flaw in the Opengl renderer.. there is a memory leak in it (well there was a couple of weeks ago atleast)..
i sent the details and my pc specs which well n truely out spec this game on ultra..
got a reply.. please max sure you computer specs meet the minimum requirements...
second issue
see my Forum name.. it sucks i recieved it during the Beta... i am unable to change it.. so i sent in a request to have it changed.. they sent back an email asking for personal details..
i sent the details as requested.. was told they would fix the problem.. a few days later i got sent a message asking for the personal details again.. (slightly different questions).. i replied
mentioned the questions are slightly different and pointed to quoted text of me replying to the questions already... but i did fill out the new questions again as asked..
Been nearly 2 weeks since i sent that one.. havent heard back yet.. im not overly stressed about it.. but yeah the forum name is silly...
