banned for nothing - ZOS we just love you for this!!!

It seems my account has been banned. Literally - for nothing.

First I've been logged out with the message that someone else logged to my account. When I tried to relog in, I found out that my login information was incorrect. Ok, that used to happen before (instead of that first message), I thought... And tried one more thing - relaunching launcher and... logging into my account on the ESO website... And what did I see? "You have been suspended from the site."!!!

Nobody contacted me and explained what just happened and why for God's sake! Noone told me what I've done wrong (I'm sure I've done nothing wrong)...

Why ZOS makes to all of us such things? Every step on the way we can feel like they treat us like dirt, nothing more, nothing less It's kind of humiliating, you know? You support them all the way, you are devoted to the game, their creators, all other Elder Scrolls games too... and what you get for this?

I haven't noticed me doing something illegal, unethical or wrong in-game. On the contrary - I hunt for gold sellers, bots and other cheaters, expoliters or spammers - and report them to you, for which you have thanked me many times. I don't buy or sell gold. Once my guildmate lended me 6,800 gold. For bank upgrade. In 2-3 days I gave it back to him, in two parts. What else? Oh, two days ago I created few alts. Not only for mules to carry my inventory (ZOS made the worst inventory system ever, so they literally force people to create alts!). Few times relogged with them, played a while, looted some containers - no big deal, nothing more than all players do. And then I made up my mind to giver these alts some roles. You know - my Argonian became my provioner, my dark elf sorceress became an enchantress, and so on. So I started trading numerous items between them, through bank, to manage all the inventories and make sure everybody has got the items he or she was planned to keep in his/her inventory for his/her purposes.

And that's all. I usually wander around, collect things, make quests, make friendships as well. And really enjoy it much. Play just the way I want - like ESO motto used to call (though it seems it's only in theory, not in practice). And now what? The end? Kicking me out of game for nothing? Without any explanation? Without any thank-you's and good-bye's? That's totally, even extremely unfair!!! (( All my years of devotion to that brand... just vanished in a moment ((

Come on, people, we cannot let them doing such things! We must show them we cannot support someone who treats us like this... Today, for the very first time in my life, I have felt like a criminal And I still feel this way

ZOS, if you want to redeem and say how much you are sorry for this (not mentioning making my account reactivated, of course) - this is my last ticket number: 140418-067332.

Easter's coming. Time of reunion. Let's reunite. Just give me one reason to believe in you and Elder Scrolls once again...

The best thing about it all is the "official response" up there. It just made me feel...so safe and cared about, you know. Like, my problem hasn't been ignored (along with that of a few thousand others), not like I have been told to just shut up and swallow it, no.
Feel all enthusiastic and don't want to cancel my sub, since obviously my problem is gonna be adressed soon and not just ignored like if me and my money paid for the game is nothing.

And yes, just in case someone can't tell, that was sarcasm.

magdalina157eb17_ESO - thanks for support. I couldn't answer earlier, as my forum account has been banned too. Now the ban is lifted. It was, of course, their spam filters' mistake. But, I haven't got any sorry's or explanations except that stupid wording sophisticated but empty sentences about nothing. And no recompensations or bonuses. It sucks. I'm convinced now not to continue playing after incleded month ends. It's just too frustrating (or even humilaiting) experience for me, not worth of great in fact gameplay... What about you?

Adam_Hart, my forum acc only got ubanned a little while ago. Game's been up for about 12 hours at least by now.
Got an apology on email, of sorts, but it was kinda undermined by the fact I was STILL banned on forums AFTER that apology.

Didn't receive any refund or compensation that I know of, but meh. Technically lost less than 12 hours I guess, but it's still unacceptable. Bans with no prior notice - and no post ban notice for hours is long enough, too. And blocking my voice on forums to add to the enjoyment>.>

I'm still angry, and I really, REALLY hope this doesn't repeat. But I will continue with the game, because I just love it too much. Just got into new zone, Rivenspire or whatever it's called, it's just so beautiful, has so many butterflies, my old favourite NPCs and fun skullbosses I just cannot resist=P
I'm really sorry if this ruins the game for good for you=/ Sure you don't want to give it 2nd...3rd...one more chance?^^
