Cannot get character select screen
Sorry if this is a silly post to many but not being good with computers I have hit a problem and wonder if anyone could help. I have had the game for about a week but keep having an issue where I log on and all I get is the loading screen before the character select screen. It plays the music and I see the background picture but no options. I wait for up to 15 minutes but still nothing so quit out and try again. Every now and then it opens up the character select screen and I can play.
Anyone else had this or know of a simple solution for a PC challenged person? Any ideas would be gratefully received. Sorry to ask but I am getting really frustrated.
