Finished Mad God's Quest line and am stuck inside the last quest

Quest is finished, got my reward. Shalidor says he wants to speak to me elsewhere and the light goes bright and then...
nothing...
perma stuck inside the quest room.
leaving by the door = perma loading screen
teleporting to a wayshrine = perma loading screen
closing client and restarting = back in final room of the quest
rinse/repeat

I though losing 50 bank slots was bad but at least I could play... now, can't do that either.
