warewolf bug and pre order bonuses

So i've found a bug where sometimes when i just ulti to turn into warewolf form, or a few seconds after (definately not the time needed to run out of being a ww), I remain human and lose all my ulti but am unable to switch weapon due to being in warewolf form. This occurs until i press the ulti again and it makes levelling as a ww very hard as it doesnt count towards ww points. Also I have yet to receive my preorder bonusses.
