PvP Campaign Question

Do the bonuses from PvP campaigns apply to all PvE for all players, or just cyrodil?

For example, the bonus for having all home keeps is like 5% more XP, gold, etc... I'm wondering if I benefit from this even though I don't currently PvP

The bonuses extend to PvE as well, any extra xp/gold bonuses also extend to outside Cyrodiil, tested on 2 characters, on main my home campaign has emperor and most keeps and scrolls bonuses, it gets more exp and gold than in PvE than my alt who's campaign sucks at minute lol.
