I have been corresponding with tech support via email for about a week now. It should be said that I am impressed with the speed of email responses (typically get an answer the next day). However I have done the requested troubleshooting and the issue remains. I disabled my firewall, I have lowered all graphics settings to lowest possible, I am connected to my router via a 6' ethernet cable, all other games work just fine, and I didnt have any lag issues during beta of which I participated in for about 4 weeks. I also sent tech support a DxDiag that they are reviewing. Im just curious if anyone else is dealing with this.
