Complaint about the "Customer Support" forum

I assume that the purpose of this forum is for customers to report problems that they are having and then receive help. So why are people allowed to go into threads with valid complaints, and tell people that there problems are not valid and they should just leave the game if they hate it so much? These defenders of the game are causing fighting in threads where people are seeking actual help or recognition from the company. So while they think they are helping the game, they are actually trolling a support forum.
I would like to see the mods start warning people for telling them that their complaints are not valid or that WoW had the same problems at launch or that they should quit the game. None of those qualify as customer support and all they are doing is driving people away from this game. People reporting bugs should not have to put up with such abuse.
