Hello ZOS, I'm really disappointed at you guys. You guys said you would return the money from the authentication hold. I didn't receive my money back. It's been a week already and that money isn't mine, its my mom's, and I promise to her that I'd give it back. My friends got their money back fairly quick. I recall you guys saying I won't be billed until my 30 days free game time. Here's one more problem (not related to topic), I got the explorer's pack and didn't receive the bonus in-game. I'm so unlucky. Please fix these.
