Stormhaven achievements still bugged after patch 1.03

In patch 1.0.3 notes you state that the 3 quest achievements in Stormhaven have been fixed. Many people including me can confirm that we haven't got them once we logged in after patch. I really hope your patch means that the people who already did quests won't get achievements retroactively, but only people who still havent done the quests? That would a complete nonsense.
