Network Issues - Can join game but cant draw weapons and loading issues

Hi,
I have 2 home networks currently (both running on wireless.) one is my old optus network running at 15mbs down and 0.5 up. I can connect to the game and play fine on this network which uses an netgear WNDR3300 dualband wireless router. However connecting to my NBN (I'm australian) i am able to load into the game. But after certain times (possibly due to being on IPrimus though not too sure) i just endlessly lag, its like packets are not being sent or something. I have performed a report using the games report usage and attached it below. I am currently in the game with the issues.
Please note, just switching to the old network will be an issue as this is being cancelled at the end of the month.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix my lag issues.
Summary.
Can Connect to game
Can move Around
Cannot Swing weapon
No enemies / players load.
After a time period i disconnect.
Only seems to happen between 5pm and 11pm (my preferred playing time as i work full time)
