A plea to Zenimax to improve the situation

Hi,

Let me introduce myself as a hardcore gamer, long-time ES fan and MMO enthousiast.

It is quite obvious that zenimax's handling of the numerous issues currently impending gameplay is at best inefficient.

The numerous patches ans maintenances of the past two weeks were very unsatisfactory. The scope of the patches made them look lile a hotfix, not a real patch, fixing only a small portion of the many issues.

The approch to communication in CS needs some serious improvements. When we call on CS its rarely to congratulate you on how great the game is, we often have a problem and are angry/nervous/uncertain. The key concept here should be to reassure us. Generic answers, especially involving some would-be RP mentioning elves, spells and minions are clever and funny but save them for PR, people mailing you are usually not in the mood for that. Instead treat us like the customers we are and keep us informed. "When it's done" is not an acceptable answer to a paying customer. And more importantly give us some guidelines when dealing with bugs. Will quests reset? After how long and on what exact conditions? Are we safe with our banks, and to what extent can we safely use them? So many things we keep asking that you could let us know and lower the pressure on you that comes from uncertainty. And try to give us an ETA on major issues.

Lastly prioritise. Is it really the moment to show us Craglorn? We are all very excited about it but right now many of us don't give a damn because we want you to fix the game first. Save new content for when the game works properly.

TESO is a great game and I sincerely hope that CS will improve and learn from the current mess to so we may all move on.

Zenimax have alot on their plate at the moment. Constant patches and server maintenance only means that they are doing what they do best to fix the issues so many players are having. I admit that they are bugs and glitches but hasn't stopped my experience of the game. I still got to level 50, I can make a group and go through PvP or a dungeon together. If something doesn't work, well, that's where we give constructive feedback and report it. These kind of posts do nothing but waste bandwidth.

A plea should be made to people like the OP to have patience.
