Pre- V 1.0.1 characters: character creation redo opportunity? (the face, at least)

Prior to the 1.0.1 patch, there was a character creation interface bug that kept players from zooming in on the character's face. For me, this made the face creation somewhat difficult and resulted in a look that I am not happy with. This being the only issue I have with an otherwise great character, I would like to request that the developers grant an opportunity to similarly situated players to redo the face creation. I am not sure if this is possible or even worth the effort on the part of the developers, but I thought I would post about it just to inquire. Thanks for the time.
