Patch Error - After Patch

Run the Game Consultant tool like it says... I just did that and I was able to patch after.

Doesn't work for everyone. I ran the Game Consultant and it said there was an error and it couldn't open the file needed.

And now mysteriously after waiting the 10 seconds, it works. Go figure

Not me, I ran the consultant tool and still got the error...

Did you try closing the launcher after running the tool? That worked for me.

I had to open/close my launcher a COUPLE times to get it to download.. quick patch it appear. Seems to be going into some sort of teenage patching fit on the screen..

- Unable to determine current version. Please run the Game Consultant Tool (located under launcher > Settings > about) and contact customer support.

Ran the consultant, still had the error.

I just kept opening and closing the client until i could click the play button.

Yea.. pretty much can't even REPAIR now.. very annoying.

Update:
Sorry.. couldn't even PATCH with upgrade. Got REPAIR to work just fine.
Ran that Game Consultant and that appears to have fixed my issue(s).
Repair did it's work.. checked everything out. PLAY button showed up again.
Version upgraded and all was good.

Having, exactly the same issue ran the game consultant and getting the same error. cant launch the game at all now after last nights patch.

Quiting the launcher and game a few times seems to now fix it

I think that this is just a communications error with the server they use for updates. The launcher cannot connect and get the version information so it thinks there is a problem on the client side.

Try launching without using the launcher.

edit: run the application from the client directory
