Golder sellers, spawn point campers and no action

It seems that this game is swarmed with gold sellers and spawn point camping by these sellers. Many Players Report These and it seems instead of taking Action against These sellers and Campers, Zenimax/Bethesda decided to remove the reporting abilitiy for These Kind of incidents.
So basically you capitulate before?
There would be easy Solutions, especially for the Camping part: after a Boss mob is killed, you do not get any loot from them for a certain amount of time or you are removed after a specific time after killing the Boss Mobs from the dungeon would be just two easy Solutions for this Problem.
Or place customer Service People into These rooms and remove anyone hanging aroudn there with strange names and Looks after a certain time.
Also make Gold Transfer (at least per mail) impossible. They would Need to "meet" with the Players who buy Gold.
But instead you seem to accept that the dungeon Boss mob Points look like the bank vault. You sometimes cannot even see the Boss Mobs spawn, because of all the bots/chinese Gold farm slaves there.
One of the many disappointing things in this game.
