I'd just like to voice my disappointment in the way that this maintenance is being handled. I feel that 12 hours of maintenance for "routine planned" maintenance is not an acceptable amount of time. I also feel that you are not being very vocal about something that is obviously a major issue. We need more transparency and perhaps some humility around these server issues.
Additionally, I am also very disappointed that the Bangkorai quests achievement received no mention in the patch notes. I have received no information from customer service regarding this issue either despite several attempts.
At the moment, despite my love of Tamriel and all things Elder Scrolls, I personally feel that this launch deserves bad press mostly due to the way that you are handling communicating with the player base which seems very lack luster and vague. Poor form and I hope that your service improves dramatically.
