Cyrodiil loading screens and login - almost game breaking !

Guys, at prime time I try to get a small raid together to go pvp together in Cyrodiil and I have NEVER since launch been able to do that without many members (including myself sometimes) being unable to load into Cyrodiil....
This is almost game breaking for a pvp focused guild.
We've tried all kinds of tips to join :
- use pve wayshrine
- travel to player
- put setting on minimum (problem is once you put setting on high again people get stuck, though for the rest of the game they play on those settings without any issues?
- cancel loading screen an try again
It's getting very very frustrating now...
plz devs, could you focus on this problem as well?
I dream of one day calling a for a Cyrodiil raid, all my members typing x for invite, and for us to finally be able to get some action ALL together ...
PS frequent problem also is crashes, seems if you invite someone who is not in Cyrodiil, that can sometimes make the group leader crash, sometimes the whole group even..
