Messages across Tamriel still bugged?!

When I woke up this morning I was estatic to see the game was down for a patch! I thought to myself "Dear god,....am I finally going to be able to play my character in the Veteran content!?!?" I eagerly jumped on the forums and started reading the patch notes, only to get the sudden urge to whip my monitor out the window....No where in the notes do I even see this bug mentioned!

Am I blind? Did I miss something?!?!? Did they really concentrate their efforts towards fixing some of these meaningless quests and bugs, while there's a bug out there that's completely preventing players (my friend and myself included), from accessing Veteran content (AKA progressing in the game)?!

(For those lucky enough to not have to deal with this bug. We are stuck on a MAIN STORY LINE QUEST (which can't be dropped) which involves talking to a Vanus Galerion. Well, the NPC is there, but you can't talk to him. The arrow is on his head, but he doesn't move. He's the dude that teleports you to cold harbor so you can continue playing your character.)

This is a joke. Why on earth is this quest not fixed yet. This is ridiculous. I cannot go into veteran content without this being fixed. Are they just completely ignoring this and basically saying *** this, it's only bugged for a few people, no big deal.

I know some ppl reported this method as not working, and the english level of the guy that originally posted that method might inspire doubts, but my girlfriend succeded in completing "the weight of three crowns" quest by changing the language of the game, some said it worked after changing the language twice. anyway, in her case it worked. Her progression was blocked after saving the three alliance leaders by defeating daedras and closing portals, Vanus wouldnt appear after that step but still showed a quest pointer. When she changed the language the quest rolled back to the beginning of the island, when you walk with Vanus and he speaks with everybody, when she arrived at the step that initially blocked the progression, she got through. I know you guys aren't stuck at the same place as she did but you might wanna try this to see if you get any kind of rollback in your quest. I know it seems dumb but it's worth a try. hope this helps.

in top right corner of the launcher screen, you have a small gear-like icon. you will have to dl a somewhat large patch, 3-5gb id say, dont panic when it shows as a 22gb patch at first.
