Naked Skeleton costume - Clothing possible?

I'm not sure where to post this, and if this forum is wrong please move it.
In the ebon pact area of shadowfen, there is a quest that rewards you with a skeleton costume. The issue is, the skeleton is naked, as in no armor at all. I know it's possible to dress the skeletons due to (SPOILERS) the quest in cold harbor where the worm cult leader turns you into a skeleton for the "games".
My question, would it be possible to get this costume to show our armor like the quest skeleton does? I think t would help with the personality of it. there are plenty of clothed skeletons in the world, why can't we be?
