Toppling Charge[Templar charge ability] NOT working as intended

So the morph of Focused charge, toppling charge does not work. I charge at an enemy in pvp, al lthat happens is they get knocked down for a few seconds.. BUT THERE IS NO STUN.
Toppling charge says that a 1.5 second stun is added, but there is not stun at all. They simply get knocked down like good ol regular focused charge, but there is no stun afterwords.(they just jump right back up)

I'd agree, but there is no noticeable difference between focused charge and toppling charge.

rwood0604_ESO✭✭✭perhaps they are knock downed for a longer period of time, I mean if i was knocked down and i got stunned aswell i would lay on the ground a bit before getting up0
