Bankorai Quest Achievement bugged.

I threw this in another thread before realizing other's were having the same issue. Bangkorai's quest 'tracker' for the achievement is bugged, and has been counted wrong it seems, because it's impossible to get it. People are either missing 8-12 more quests in the zone.
