This is just getting ridiculous. THREE patches now, and nothing has been done.
I get it. There are other issues to deal with. But please, can you do something about this quest? It blocks progress to coldharbour and with the AD storyline.
Can we at least have some acknowledgement from the devs that they know about this? So far, there's been nothing.

Several times. Looking around the forums, it seems the problem is an unnesecery quest mechanic in which the NPC is supposed to attack some enemies, apparently. This being an MMO though...it doesn't quite work like that. You get players attacking the mobs before the NPC can attack and kill the enemy...and therefore, complete the quest.
The odd thing is the quest involves cleansing some shrines...and to cleanse the other two, all you have to do is hit E.Edited by Otherside on April 15, 2014 11:40AM0
