Buttons stop working on my Logitech M570 in ESO only

UPDATE: Latest patch fixed it, buttons working again.
I assigned my page up and down keys as 5 and R for abilities. Was working, now stopped. Keys work with everything else (will type out "5" or "r" in every other program I used). Anyone have any suggestions beside reinstalling the software and replacing the battery as I've already done both?
