Pre-order items

So, like many players, I mistakenly deleted my pre-order stuff when I created the wrong facation character in the beginning. Has anyone had any luck getting their stuff returned yet? I would really like my Mara ring, that 10% xp bonus that i'm missign is very, very annoying.

Yes i have done this stupidity as well. I have contacted ESO to see if they could just issue me new ones but so far nothing. WIll post back if anything changes.

once you get the Bank Bug they will start giving you another complete set of ingame items in your email, I know have 2 sets. You can't fix STUPID ...
