So this quest has been glitched for a week or so now and I ended up trashing it. Now I can't pick it back up again and no one has been nice enough to share it to me which I've heard resolves the issue. Is there any other way for me to progress?

Wolfi✭Alas this solution did not work for me. I received no quest, when people tried to share with me.
I will now wait for a guildy reaching the exact same part of the questline. But still there will be the problem with the closed door.
I am afraid, we will have to wait for another patch to fix that.0
