I feel like they've acknowledged the issue since beta and never claimed to have fixed the issue.
I'm using bag and horse upgrades until we go 20 days without banks wiping.

what's a bag upgrade?

-There are vendors that sell you inventory slot increases (aka more bag space).
-You can also buy carry capacity from the stable master for your horse. 250 gold 1 slot per 20 hours and horse has to be your active mount to get bag space.
-Bank upgrades bought from the banker to increse the shared bank slots.

oh yea, ok, thanks. Man this bank slot bug is a bummer. I can't bring myself to play for fear of everything I am doing being wasted. I'll find another game for now....
