Okay i have been waiting 1 full day for customer support to get back to me.
In there words "Either myself or a colleagues will be in contact with you shortly with an update" so what gives?

    Try posting your ticket number and they might bump it up for someone to look at right away. Otherwise your can reply to the email you were sent and someone will normally get back to you soon.
