Falling through world

so the server lags out and i end up falling through the world screaming bloody murder (quite annoying i might add)....this is unacceptable, i cant play because my guy cant seem to hit solid ground and die.

what do i do now, go play a different game? cancel my sub and call my bank to have the charges reversed?

this is the customer support section of the forums, im a customer...lets see if i get any support.

haha this happened to me today tried to jump over a rock and fell through the floor falling forever screaming finally landed in some water.

which was funny as I was nowhere near any when it happened died from the fall and revived at nearest shrine from then on frame rate was at about 2 per second and had to relog.

Have you tried typing /stuck or travel to a player, or trying to travel to a wayshrine, or traveling to PvP campaign?

If you have then put in a ticket in game.

I had this happen to me last night. There was much screaming from my char, and it was pretty freaking weird!!

I tried relogging; that didn't help. I had to /stuck to end the forever fall through the abyss.

I "woke up" REALLY far from where I started falling. It was an unsettling experience.

i managed to hit the ground...finally.

on a bright note, when i landed it was right on top the VG bank by the skyshard...lol
