Recommend that perma-banned account names be removed from player's ignore lists

Given that the ignore lists do not currently wipe off those accounts which ZoS has dealt with in a permanent manner (AFAIK). I would recommend this feature be included so as to alleviate unnecessary pressure on the cap levels as a result of ignoring goldseller spam.

This is a good idea but I guess they might find it difficult to implement. What I'm doing is do a manual clear out every now and then removing all the random letter names (gold sellers) from my ignore list. -
This would be nice to see implemented but also a further step to fully remove a limit on the ignore list!
