After crashing last night, I am unable to load into any of my characters.

As I was playing last night I crashed, this isn't terribly unusual with this game, so I just re-launched the game and tried to log into my character, the problem? I couldn't. After about a 5 minute long loading screen I kept getting booted back to the log-in screen and getting "an unknown error has occurred".
After trying to load in about 8 times on a couple different characters I decided just to call it a night and hoped it would resolve itself overnight. Well it's been around 12 hours since then and I'm still having the same issue.
