What is being done by ESO staff about gold sellers?

Being in any of the early towns, you are instantly being spammed by gold sellers in the zone chat and in 'guild' invites that are just there to promote gold selling websites. I report and ignore each one of these I get, but the amount of them in the game is just ridiculous. The flow of gold sellers never seems to lessen.
What I want to know is what ESO staff are doing about this problem. What measures are currently in place for stopping them, and what sorts of ideas are the ESO staff considering or working on?
I know that there are addons that list goldsellers names to ignore etc, but I want to know what ESO is actually doing with the game to stop this infestation.
