I have never had to deal with so many bots working for the game company as this one. I want a list of keywords and/or actions liable to get me accidentally banned from game. I tried to stop a bot from taking a node early in game and got kicked for too many msgs. Luckily I got back in, but I hear of people losing accounts for such things. I had no idea that would count as a message. (I kept hitting E to get loot).

I have cancelled the 180 day sub for a one month that would let me play for my 30 days, please do something that would show me I shouldn't toss the game in the trash pit. Anything.

Nobody has been banned for sending too many data packets ("messages").

The kick for that is an automated response by the server to protect itself from pseudo DDOS-style system spam which could lead to instability issues.

" I send out 10 in game mails, because surprise, there is NO option to message all guild members..... next thing I know I'm kicked from the game, and my account is banned."

Thank you for the reply. I am senior citizen, a lot of the time it is sheer ignorance of how things work that defeats me. If I had understood that, I would never have done it.

That has nothing to do with what I said.

I'm referring to data packets, not ingame mail or ingame chat.

Please don't deem what I say untrue or false without first understanding it yourself.

Again, nobody has been banned (nor will they be) for receiving the error "you have sent too many messages" because that has absolutely nothing to do with the chatting or mailing systems. It is referring only to data packets being sent to the server in excess of the limit.
