Can't Transfer Home Campaign

I am transferring my home campaign from Dawnbreaker to Skull Crusher, and I do believe I have enough AP. Am I missing something?

I've been having this problem for days now, I understand a few other people are affected too.

Put a support request in two day ago - still haven't had a response.

I was able to change the guest campaign though. It was originally skull crusher, I thought I can't make my guest campaign to my new home campaign so I changed it to Bloodthorn but it didn't help either.

I tried this too. I thought as Dawnbreaker was my guest campaign it might've been stopping me making it my home campaign, so changed my guest, still can't set Dawnbreaker as my home

Do you have alts in a different alliance by chance? I have an issue where I cannot set a home campaign and apparently it set the home campaign to an alt under 10 in a different alliance which now prevents the current character from selecting it. Quite possibly, yes. Got alts saving some names for me. Surely they shouldn't be assigned to any campaign until they hit level 10 though? I'll give this a go, thanks

This is it, this is exactly the cause. Deleted my alts, switched campaign no problem, remade my alts - thanks for the help!

So folks your option is, level any alts you have past 10 and move any conflicting campaigns. Or if your alts are just name parking like mine were, delete them, switch, remake, profit.

Glad that helped! I have a couple alts that I do not really want to delete so I need to finish leveling to 10. Pain in the ass and I hope they get this fixed.

From my (limited) understanding, they'd just need to switch the auto-assign from creation to level 10. That'd go a long way to nipping this in the bud
