Non-Upgraded Bank Vanished - Game Not So Great

After my bank upgrades vanished twice (reported on 4/1 and still not fixed), I resigned myself to managing inventory via an army of alts. Not pretty but, you do what you have to if you want to play. Now, tonight, I swap from my main to an alt and *poof*, my bank magically went from almost full to empty. So, logout and still nothing there. Restart the game and nothing there. I have lost all the items in my bank even though it is not upgraded.

So basically, here is where we are:
  • I can't upgrade my bank because it resets. Inconvenient but, I can work with it I suppose.
  • I can't use my bank to transfer stuff to an alt because things just vanish. Unreliable storage I cannot live with obviously. Game breaking.
  • No refund on the gold spent for bank upgrades after waiting 12 days. Annoying.
  • No fix on the bank problems after waiting 12 days. Really annoying.
  • Based on my experience with the reset problems, I can't reasonably expect the return of my bank items any time soon. Would be nice to be surprised here but, it does not seem like the way to bet. Sad and annoying.
  • Huge lag loading and/or zoning at random times. Really annoying.
  • Many broken quests. Trying to figure out if you should logout or cancel and reset a quest to get it working every night sort of take the fun and immersion away. That assumes you can get it working at all. Annoying for some; Game breaking if you are lucky enough to have it happen in a critical quest chain.
  • Broken dungeons. This includes the lead-in dungeons at some tiers which you need to get to the ones that might be working. Heck, I would have to do them grey now as I have out-leveled them. Really annoying.
  • Guild functions disabled tonight for an hour after they lagged 5-15 minutes for hours. same with mail functions in the last few days. I can survive just fine without mail but, all my friends and guild vanishing for 10 minutes after login just sucks. Same experience for my guild mates. Really annoying.
  • The customer service responses to my tickets (with one exception) are either totally off subject or obviously generated from a script. In any case, none of them are helpful in the least. I could get better information from monkeys randomly typing on keyboards or a Magic 8-Ball. Beyond annoying. Are you guys just too cheap and stupid to actually hire an appropriate number of decent customer service people?

The bugs are so bad my guild mates are starting to play much less. My wife doesn't want to play much any more. I am starting to not want to play much any more. I certainly canceled my subscription (as did several of my guild mates) until/if issues are suitably resolved. Maybe the cancelation of subscriptions is the only thing ZOS understands. I encourage anyone who feels taken advantage of to do the same. Maybe that will get the message across. This steaming pile of "polished, lag-free experience" is circling the drain. ZOS needs to get it together.
