Title says it all...I have 100% of Vet rank 1 completed and have no idea how to obtain Vet rank 2? Is there a quest? Does it happen automatically? Thanks in advance.

ijacksparrowed✭✭✭The problem (I think) was, I was not actually playing the game...lol. I mean the progression was not happening because when I logged on this morning I noticed that I was back at 96% and had a whole zone of quest that reset. I finally made it to vet two.0
