The Eternal Load time that is Cyrodill

So, i went into a public dungeon in cyrodill to get a few skyshards. Upon reaching the exit and trying to get back into cyrodill, i find myself on a load screen ive become all too familiar with.
So upon waiting 10 min to see if it actually loads, i decide maybe a comp restart will help. Alas, upon entering the game im still in the dungeon.
I try to exit again but im taunted further by another 20min wait while i go make some lunch. Upon return i notice that circle still spinning away trying to load me into a zone im supposedly already in.
This time i decide to restart the game again and 3rd times a charm right?! I've had a nap and waited 40min. Still no cyrodill... What...the...f**k...
Something has to be done because im sure im not the only person experiencing this. And the fact that i cant even port out manually because im in cyrodill is a joke.

I always give Cyro ~60 seconds to load. If it doesn't, Alt + F4 and try again.

Don't wait any longer than a couple minutes, or you're just wasting time.

One does not simply leave Cyrodiil loading screens. Not with ten thousand restarts can you do this. It is folly!
