Motes in the Moonlight quest

Requesting some help from a GM. There are a lot of people that are unable to move past this quest. The only way to complete it is right after a server restart before anyone else can do it. There have been people waiting days to get this done. The support email that you get is your standard log out, log in, reset UI which as we all know does absolutely nothing for this issue. If we could get a GM to come and actually help by either spawning the mobs needed and or force pushing the people that are on the quest it would be appreciative.

I got told to go do other quests until they fix that quest haha. It was increasingly helpful.0
